Youth Leadership

We are always looking for great leaders, and role models for our younger persons with disabilities, and that can include YOU!

Youth Own – YO! Is a social and support group for teens and young adults with disabilities.

RCIL has a proud history of services and supports for people with disabilities, by people with disabilities. YO! was founded in much of the same way; teens and young adults with disabilities getting together to provide support and friendship to each other.

YO! meets every month! Sometimes we hang out, have informal discussions groups and social opportunities, while other meetings are activity-centered in the community! If you will need assistance with transportation, an interpreter or other reasonable accommodations to attend our meetings please let us know!

The coordinator of Youth Leadership can also assist with job searches, volunteer opportunities, computer skills, college aspirations, scholarship applications and resume building.

Join Us at YO! – A great place to meet new people!
