Homeownership Program

Have you dreamed of owning your own home?
Mortgage interest rates are at an all time low!

Since 2002 RCIL has been assisting individuals with diverse disabilities, with the following path to fulfill their goals of owning their own home. We believe everyone should be able to obtain an independent living and self sufficient living lifestyle. RCIL has a two step plan:

Step One: Pre-purchase financial readiness

  • Credit repair
  • Budgeting
  • Developing a savings plan
  • Mortgage pre-approvals
  • Grant applications

Step Two: Referral to a team of professionals carefully selected by RCIL to help you

  • Education
  • Locating a home
  • Legal representation
  • Property inspections
  • Property insurance

RCIL will help you oversee progress and coordinate closing proceedings.

To qualify for a mortgage and grants you must have a base household income of $1,600 per month with no large debts. Since RCIL’s program is for first time home buyers, you cannot have owned or co-owned a home for at least three years or more before applying to RCIL for services.
